2 cups soy milk
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon flax seed or canola oil
1 teaspoon lecithin
¼ cup almonds
¼ to ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 ripe bananas
Blend soy milk, vanilla extract, oil, lecithin, almonds, nutmeg, cinnamon and bananas in blender until smooth. Pour into serving cups and sprinkle a little nutmeg on top before serving. Serve immediately.
