1 large seeded, chopped tomato
¼ cup chopped, drained, oil packed sun dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 minced garlic cloves
Sliced baguette bread
Pepper to taste
Cut baguette bread into ½ inch slices and toast them. Place chopped fresh tomato, sun dried tomatoes, basil and garlic in a bowl and stir together. Taste and add pepper as needed. Spread some of the tomato mixture on the individual slices of toast and serve immediately.
