2 large beef steak tomatoes
12 small pitted green or black olives
Feta cheese
1 tablespoon coriander
2 teaspoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Cut the top off the tomatoes and remove the insides along with the seeds. Chop tomato tops and insides before placing in a bowl. Chop olives and place in bowl also. Add crumbled feta cheese, oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir bowl’s contents and stuff into tomatoes. Serve chilled.
