2 cups rice flour
1 cup tapioca flour
2 tablespoons potato starch flour
2 tablespoons fructose
2 teaspoons xantham gum
1 teaspoon agar
½ teaspoon salt
1 ¼ cups rice milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and oil a 5 x 9 loaf pan. Mix rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch flour, fructose, xantham gum, agar and salt together. Slowly mix rice milk and olive oil. Place dough in well oiled loaf pan with spatula and bake 60 minutes or until top is browned and toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean. Allow to cool before removing from pan.
