8 cups lettuce
1 cup fresh raspberries
½ cup sliced almonds
½ cup seedless raspberry jam or jelly
¼ cup white wine vinegar
¼ cup honey
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces and place in serving bowl with raspberries and almonds. In a separate bowl, combine jam, vinegar, honey and oil. Whisk honey mixture together and pour over salad. Toss salad to coat before serving.
