2 minced garlic cloves
¼ cup finely chopped onion
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons fresh diced basil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons tomato paste
Vegetable oil for cooking
In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil and cook onions and garlic until tender. Add tomatoes and seasonings to the onion mixture and cook for a few minutes. Stir in tomato paste and simmer for ten minutes. Use on pizza crust.
