INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTION
1 banana
½ cup lowfat milk
¼ cup lowfat plain yogurt
½ tbsp peanut butter
Remove banana from skin, cut into a few pieces and freeze until completely frozen. Put banana, milk, yogurt and peanut butter in blender and blend until smooth. Serve cold.
