1 ¼ cup soy milk
1 cup lemon flavored soy yogurt
1 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups peach slices
Take peaches, core and slice them. Have them freeze entirely before making smoothies. Put frozen peaches, soy milk, yogurt, juice, sugar and vanilla extract in blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
