2 cups cooked, drained chickpeas
2 tablespoons Tahini
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Vegetable stock
Place chickpeas, tahini, garlic and lemon juice in food processor. Process while adding a small amount of vegetable stock
Simply put the chickpeas in a food blender and whiz adding a drizzle of water to a smooth paste. Add all the other ingredients and blend again. If the paste is a little thick, just add a few more drops of water.
