½ cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup ketchup
¼ cup chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 tablespoon vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
¾ teaspoon salt
¾ cup olive oil
In a blender or food processor, combine vinegar, sugar, ketchup, onion, garlic Worcestershire sauce and salt. Blend or process onion mixture until smooth. Continue processing while slowly adding oil until oil is well combined with dressing. Serve with your favorite salad.
