2 ripe avocados
1 diced ripe tomato
1 small chopped onion
½ teaspoon fresh jalapeno pepper
4 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons chopped cilantro
Salt and black pepper to taste.
Cut avocados in half leaving pit intact. Then remove pit and scoop avocado flesh out of skin. Place avocado flesh in bowl and mash until desired consistency. Cut jalapeno pepper in half, remove seeds and stem before finely mincing the pepper. Add minced jalapeno, tomato, onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, black pepper and Worchester sauce.
