2 cloves minced garlic
1 ½ tablespoons ground ginger
2 15 ounce cans of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
¼ cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili sauce
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
1/3 cup vegetable stock
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup chopped cilantro
¼ cup minced onion
Add garlic, ginger, beans, peanut butter, soy sauce, chili sauce, and cumin to a food processor. Pulse until all ingredients chopped. Add vegetable stock and lemon juice and process until smooth. Add cilantro and onion and pulse to combine with remaining ingredients. Chill and serve cold with pita bread.
