¼ cup sugar
1 ½ teaspoons flour
1 beaten egg
¼ cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 ½ cups whipped topping
In a saucepan, combine flour and sugar before stirring in beaten egg and juices. Cook while stirring frequently over low heat until juice combination is thickened and egg is fully cooked. Remove from heat, cover and refrigerate until cold. Stir in whipped topping just before serving. Serve with fresh fruits.
