1 tablespoon yeast
½ cup warm water
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ teaspoon curry powder
2 teaspoons dried cilantro
¾ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine flour, curry powder, cilantro, salt and garlic powder in a large bowl. In a separate container, place warm water and yeast. Stir yeast until completely dissolved. Add yeast and water to dry ingredients and mix well. Place dough on floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes. Form into a round bread shape and place on oiled baking sheet. Allow bread to rise until double in size. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and place bread in the middle of the oven. Bake for about 45 minutes. When bottom of bread is tapped and makes hollow sound, it will be completely cooked. Serve warm.
