INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTION
½ cup German chocolate
1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 can evaporated milk or ¾ cup soy milk
4 ½ cups granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of soy margarine
2 cups chopped walnuts

Oil a 9 x 13 inch pan and place milk and sugar in a bowl and mix together. Using a double boiler at 100 degrees F, heat German chocolate until it melts. Add semisweet chocolate chips and melt them while stirring. When chocolate is almost completely melted, heat soy margarine in microwave until melted and place in double boiler with chocolate. Stir margarine chocolate mixture before adding to sugar mixture. Stir chocolate and sugar mixture until well combined and stir in walnuts. Pour into oiled pan. Allow to cool for a couple of hours at room temperature before cutting into squares.
NOTE
To give your fudge a unique taste, add a teaspoon of brandy or rum to the melted chocolate after removing it from the heat. Blend alcohol in well. When the fudge hardens you will have a hint of the brandy’s taste.
