¾ cup grated or powdered baking chocolate
Six cups of soymilk or coconut milk
Pinch of salt
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Sugar or honey to taste
Add chocolate, cinnamon, and soymilk and warm gently in a pan. Slowly bring to a boil before reducing heat to simmer for 15 minutes. Add salt, nutmeg and honey. Serve hot.
