½ cup softened cream cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 ½ teaspoons soy sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup unsweetened canned pineapple with juices drained
½ cup sliced almonds
¼ cup diced green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion.
Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise and soy sauce until smooth. Add in cheese, pineapple, almonds, green pepper and onion. Stir until combined and serve with veggies or crackers.
