1 pound carrots
1 14 ounce can condensed milk
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Boil carrots until soft in just enough water to cover them. Let soft carrots cool to room temperature and place in blender with condensed milk and water the carrots are boiled in. Add cinnamon and nutmeg before blending until smooth. Chill until cold and serve.
