INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTION |
2 minced cloves Garlic
2 pounds Plum tomatoes; seeded and diced
1 teaspoon minced fresh basil
1/3 cup. Extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup Parmesan cheese
12 ounces angel hair pasta
1/4 tsp. Pepper
Cook pasta as per directions and drain. Heat olive oil and add garlic and cook until it turns white. Add tomatoes and pepper and stir constantly, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer hot, cooked pasta to large bowl. Toss pasta gently with tomato mixture, basil and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
