Balsamic Vinegar Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTION
½ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup of balsamic cream
1 ½ cups extra virgin olive oil
3 minced garlic clove
2 tablespoons tarragon
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise 
1 ½ tablespoons dijon mustard
½ teaspoon of grainy mustard
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Place balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, balsamic cream, tarragon, honey, minced garlic, mayonnaise, mustards, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk together. Slowly add the olive oil while whisking vinegar mixture until well mixed. Place in a clean salad dressing bottle to store. Use within a few days.
NOTE
Balsamic cream is also known as balsamic syrup or cream of balsamic. This delicious syrup is wonderful in this dressing and can also be used either on top of fresh fruits or in ice cream.
