½ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup gluten-free soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable stock
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
¼ to 1/3 cup vegetable oil.
Combine vinegar, soy sauce, stock, sesame seeds and sesame oil in a bowl and whisk. Add vegetable oil and whisk again. Place dressing in pitcher or other container that can be easily poured from and place on table with salad.
