2/3 cup chocolate chips
24 dried apricots
Line baking sheets with waxed paper and microwave chocolate chips for one minute. Stir chocolate and microwave again until fully melted. Using tongs, dip each apricot ½ way into melted chocolate and allow to cool on wax paper. Let chocolate harden at room temperature before serving.
